Welcome to the Annual Survival Pool. This site is invitation only and currently in private beta. The platform is actively being improved and your feedback is genuinely appreciated.
Beta status
While the system has been tested, unexpected bugs or downtime may occasionally occur and features may change as we make improvements. By participating, you acknowledge the platform is in active development.
Invitation only
Invitations are issued by the pool administrator and are intended only for the invitee.
How access works
No usernames or passwords are required. Participants receive a secure personal link by email that gives them access to a personal dashboard. Treat this link like a password and do not share it. If you lose it, you can request a new one via the resend link option on the public homepage at annualsurvivalpool.com.
Info we collect
Name, email address, pool registrations, entries, pick selections, reminder preferences and any messages you send through the site.
How we use it
To run the pool, send secure links, deliver reminders, share important updates, display standings and improve the site. Personal information is never sold or shared.
Email communications
You may receive registration confirmations, secure links, reminder emails, pool updates and responses to support requests. You can opt out of reminders in your dashboard. Certain operational emails like access links or major pool notices may still be sent when necessary.
Participant responsibilities
Please review your picks before published deadlines. Keep your email address current and keep your secure link private.
Fair play and corrections
The system is designed to enforce rules automatically. If a software or data error affects results, the administrator may make reasonable corrections to preserve fairness and communicate material changes.
Availability
We work to keep the site available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Privacy and security
Reasonable measures are used to protect your information. However, no internet service is perfectly secure. By using the site, you acknowledge this risk.
Third-party services
The site may rely on trusted providers for hosting, database management and email delivery.

As the platform evolves, these terms may be updated. The latest version will always be posted here.
